Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscription payments for BillXact are generally non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — If you are charged more than once for the same subscription
  • Technical billing errors — If a system error causes an incorrect charge

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Failure to use the app during the subscription period
  • Plan upgrades (remaining credit is converted to additional days on the new plan)

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your payment details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. All refund amounts are exclusive of any applicable processing fees.
